Will's first classic car show

I have no idea why we waited two years to take Will to see a parking lot full of old cars, but we finally did. I didn't expect him to like it as much as he did, but he was entertained by kind couples handing out Hot Wheels, old men trying to trade him out of his red shoes and the mirror-like hubcaps of a 1932 rat-rod.

Will turns two

Will celebrated his second birthday, Saturday. He talked all week
about his party. "Blow candles!" he kept saying, quickly followed
with, "Eat cake!"

Despite the wet weather, his grandparents from Mississippi, Q.T. and
Mary, drove over, his grandmother, Annette, and godmother, Mary, from
Memphis, his godfather, Joey, from Mississippi and our good friend,
Vivi, from Atlanta. His friends Alex, Oscar and Henry came to Triangle
Park, too. Sophie joined us at home, later, for more cake and play
time. We had many in-town friends come, too, including Kyle, Jennifer,
Joey, Brooks, Hannah and Randy.

And now, we start on year three. The fun (honestly) never ends.
